Delivery and returns
Orders are prepared within 5 to 10 days for small products. They are then taken care of by Colissimo or Mondial Relay for the relay points, and your package generally arrives at its destination within 72 hours, excluding exceptions and special or promotional operation periods, for which the shipping times are longer.
For orders of furniture or larger products, the preparation time can be 10 to 15 days if your product is in stock. They are then taken care of by a carrier and arrive at their destination within 3 to 5 days for France. This period can be 10 days for foreign countries.
Beyond 15 days, we will contact you by phone or email. Without a response from you, we reserve the right to return the goods to our warehouse.

If your basket contains several items, a single shipment will be scheduled as soon as all the products are available.
How to track my order ?
For small packages:
Once your order has been sent, you can track your order using the tracking number in your customer account. A text message will also be sent to you when the package is picked up by Colissimo. You can modify the slot or the address directly on the application.
How do I return my order? (excluding "personalized object" for which no return or exchange is possible)
You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return your order to us in its original packaging.

We will send a prepaid return label if the items are initially faulty or damaged, otherwise the return will be at the customer's expense to the following address: 33 Rue des Bahutiers 33000 Bordeaux
We do not offer a return label during Sales and Braderie.
We also do not provide a label for overseas returns.
Refunds are effective within 15 days.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
Once validated, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, you can request a return within 15 days of receipt.
